Everyone loves a pirate party and we have lots to give your little ship-mates, a swash-buckling grrrreat time!
The party entertainer starts the pirate show getting to know the children while face painting. During this time the children are able to enjoy pirate songs and disco music (music and effect lights are provided using professional disco equipment). The Party Entertainer will also offer to paint hands/arms, which some younger children find more appealing. The Boys can be painted as pirates if they wish and the girls can be painted as anything they want but we do girl pirate faces as well (using glitter of course!)
Next it's time for the Party Entertainer to lead the children on a very exciting Pirate Adventure game to find Jack Sparrows Parrott. Using sound effects and actions created in our very own recording studio the children are transported into their very own pirate adventure where they encounter piranhas, snakes, stormy seas and even quick-sand in their quest to find squawk the parrot. Now, it's time to meet the star of the show “Squawk” ( A very large colourful puppet) who keeps the children entertained with the help of his very naughty friend “Squeak” (it seems the naughtier Squeak is, the more the children love him). Together they tell pirate jokes, play games and get up to some seriously silly antics and even use a bubble machine to the delight of all the children.
Towards the end of the first hour it is assumed that it is time for lunch/tea (provided by you). The Party Entertainer will then play some pirate music whilst the children are eating and will also take this opportunity to make a start on blowing up the modelling balloons, we understand that children do not want to wait long for their balloons, so all we have to do at the end of the party is twist them in to various shapes, Swords are very popular with the Pirates.
Following food the children are then sat down ready for the Happy Birthday Sing Song which is sung by the Squawk the Parrot and the rest of the guests; don’t forget a lighter for the candles and your camera!
Time for another themed pirate game called “Creatures from the Deep” we find that boys have more energy to burn off than girls so we make the pirate party more energetic. None of our games are elimination games so no-one is singled out as a “looser” Funtastic Parties only have winners!
At last its time to find out who will be receiving those lovely balloon prizes for joining in all our games and activities throughout the party, it is then decided by squawk the parrot that all the boys and girls who have come to the party have been so good that he has decided to make them all winners and give modelled balloon prizes out to everyone.
Finally we have three cheers for the birthday boy/girl and thank everyone for coming. We then put on some Disney mood music on the disco for everyone to leave by so the atmosphere is still quite magical (We believe that it’s the small details that make all the difference!)
